This calls for dandelion greens, but you can use spinach greens instead.
Serves 1.
Ingredients
1 bunch dandelion greens
8 ounces water
1 lemon, peeled
2 large apples
1 banana
2 teaspoons flax seeds
Directions
Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend the dandelion and water until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
Serve.
