Thick and creamy. Though avocadoes are technically fruits, they’re more like a vegetable in many ways. For example, they’re more commonly used in vegetable dishes like salsa than in fruit salads, so I’m considering avocadoes as a green in a few recipes.
Serves 2.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
1 cup milk
½ cup vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
8 ice cubes
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them until smooth.
Serve.
