You can substitute a navel orange for the orange juice. You can also add a few drops of Echinacea, olive leaf extract or elderberry extract, each of which helps boost your immune system.

Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach
¾ cup water
¾ cup orange juice
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
2 bananas
Directions
Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend the spinach, orange juice and water until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth. If you want a cold smoothie, either substitute ice for the water or freeze at least one of the other ingredients.
Serve.
