You can add a ¼ cup of raisins or other dried fruit to increase the fiber and sweetness.

½ cup broccoli, chopped
½ cup milk
½ cup water
½ cup blueberries
½ cup sliced bananas
½ cup oats
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
½ cup ice cubes


Blend the broccoli, milk and water until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth. Serve.
