If you’re brave, you can add some of the greens from the carrots to the mix.

Ingredients

2 medium carrots
1 avocado
½ lemon, peeled
½ inch fresh ginger
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
8 ounces water

Directions

Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
