This smoothie is rich in nutrients and is a good cleanser.
Serves 1.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups fresh spinach
½ cup fresh cilantro
2 cups water
1 ½ cups mango
1 cup pineapple
½ cup avocado
Directions
Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend the spinach, cilantro and water until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
Serve.
