Collards are a neglected and underrated food, being nutritionally similar to spinach. This smoothie offers a rich and filling treat when you want to splurge a little or reward yourself after a good workout.

½ cup coconut milk
1 cup green collards
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons honey
4 ice cubes


Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them until smooth.
