Kale and oranges are simply loaded with natural fiber, so this is a good recipe for cleansing. Kale has a strong flavor that some people take a while to get used to, so you might want to start out with curly kale, which has a milder flavor.
Serves 2.
Ingredients
1 banana, peeled
1 orange, peeled and deseeded
1 medium carrot, chopped
3 cups curly kale leaves
8 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
Directions
Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend the kale and milk until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
Serve.
