Dandelions are an excellent source of protein, fiber and minerals (particularly calcium and iron), and are also high in vitamins A and C.

Ingredients

3 cups dandelion greens
½ unpeeled cucumber
6 fresh mint leaves
8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 teaspoon lime juice

Directions

Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend the dandelion, cucumber, mint and almond milk until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.

Serve.
