For this dandelion pineapple date smoothie recipe you can add 3 tablespoons or raw, chopped walnuts or cashews as an added treat. Pre-soaking the nuts makes them easier to digest.

Ingredients
1 cup chopped dandelion greens
2 cups unsweetened coconut water
4 cups fresh ripe pineapple chunks
½ cup shredded coconut meat
4 tablespoons dried pitted dates
2 cups ice cubes
Directions
Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend the dandelion and coconut water until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
Serve.
