Ingredients
1 banana
2 cups chopped kale
½ cup light unsweetened soy milk
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Directions
Thoroughly wash the kale. Blend the soy milk and kale in a blender until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend them until smooth.
Serve.
