Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup spinach
¼ cup kale
¼ cup frozen pineapple
¼ cup frozen mango

Directions

Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend the kale, spinach and coconut milk until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
