You can substitute unsweetened non-dairy milk for the milk. You can also substitute a few strawberries or blueberries for the lime juice.
Serves 1.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded spinach leaves
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup sliced ripe bananas
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
1 tablespoon sunflower butter
1 whole pitted date
Directions
Blend the spinach and milk until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
Serve.
