Muesli Romaine Dates
Muesli is a granola-like breakfast dish consisting of raw rolled oats and various seeds, nuts and fruits. So in effect, this recipe contains a little of everything but the kitchen sink. You can certainly use this recipe for a filling and nutritionally complete breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup cup Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 Cup Ripe Mango Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Diced Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Muesli
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Pitted Dates
Instructions

Blend the lettuce, milk and water until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
