This yummy smoothie hits the spot.
Serves 1.
Ingredients
6 ounces plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 cups spinach leaves, packed
1 ripe pear; peeled, cored and chopped
15 green or red grapes
2 tablespoons chopped avocado
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions
Blend the yogurt and spinach in a blender until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend them until smooth.
Serve.
