This is a popular recipe because of its mild yet fairly sweet flavor.
Serves 2.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups water
1 cup mango
1 cup pineapple
2 bananas
Directions
Thoroughly wash the applicable fruits and vegetables. Blend the spinach and water until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth. If you want a cold smoothie, either substitute ice for the water or freeze at least one of the other ingredients.
Serve.
