You can substitute sugar-free soy yogurt for the non-dairy yogurt.
Serves 1.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
½ cup non-dairy milk
3 small whole peaches
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
¼ cup dried apricots (pre-soaked for a smoother blend)
½ cup non-dairy yogurt
½ cup ice cubes
Directions
Blend the spinach and milk until smooth. Add everything else and blend until smooth.
Serve.
